【摘要】 目的观察针刺结合悬灸督脉治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将64例病例随机分为针刺结合悬灸督脉治疗组32例和对照组32例,治疗组予针刺结合悬灸督脉治疗,对照组予服用非甾体类抗炎药物萘普生,2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合悬灸督脉疗法能消除或减轻腰背痛等临床症状,改善脊柱关节功能活动,无副作用,是治疗强直性脊柱炎较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture plus suspended moxibustion on governor vessel to cure ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The 64 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 cases on treatment group that treated by the therapy of acupuncture plus suspended moxibustion on governor vessel;32 cases in comparison group taken the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as napioxen. The treatment were taken once a day,with 2 weeks being a treatment course. Results Compared to the curative effect,there was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P < 0.05). The curative effect on the treatment group was superior to the comparison group. Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture plus suspended moxibustion on governor vessel can remove or alleviated lumbodorsal pains and other clinical symptoms and improve the function of spinal joints,has no side effect and is an ideal method for treating ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
