【摘要】 目的探讨神经内镜在高血压脑出血中的应用。方法对我科2005年1月～2007年5月收入院行神经内镜治疗的32例高血压脑出血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果血肿近完全清除者25例,大部分清除者7例;32例患者中存活26例(占81.3%),其中恢复良好12例、中残8例、重残4例,植物状态2例;死亡6例,死亡率为18.7%。结论神经内镜手术清除脑内血肿具有微创、省时、直视等优点,为治疗高血压脑出血提供了全新的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic management for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). Methods From January 2005 to May 2007,32 patients of HICH in our hospital underwent endoscopic management,the therapeutic effect of the management was analyzed retrospectively. Results In the group,the hematoma was removed completely almostly in 25 patients and partly in 7 patients. There were 26 cases survival and 6 cases died. Conclusion It is a new completely method for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with endoscope and is a mini-incision,time-saving and straight-looking method.更多还原
