【摘要】 目的探讨提高多发伤救治成功率的措施。方法回顾性总结2004年1月～2006年12月我院多发伤救治的情况,对多发伤救治的措施和模式进行探讨。结果共收治114例,抢救成功86例,成功率75.0%;死亡19例,病死率16.6%。结论多发伤救治的研究目前仍是创伤急救领域的重点课题,黄金1h与白金10min、损伤控制(DC)、限制性液体复苏等概念的提出有助于创伤救治水平的提高。创伤专业化一体化治疗是今后的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment to maximize the possibility of successful therapy of multiple trauma.Methods Retrospectively sum up the cases of multiple trauma from Jan 2004 to Dec 2006 in our hospital,and discuss the treatment and mode we have conducted.Results The sum of all cases:114,the sum of successful curative cases:86(75%);mortality:19(16.6%).Conclusion The treatment toward multiple trauma is still a pivot in emergency treatment field.The conceptions of "Golden hour","Platinum 10 min","Damage Control" and "Delayed Resuscitation" could boom the treatment skill.The direction for the development of trauma treatment is to be more professional as well as more integrated.更多还原
