【摘要】 目的寻找诊断股骨头缺血坏死的量化指标。方法我们对临床X线片拍摄检查确定为股骨头缺血坏死Ⅱ～Ⅲ期的病例33例,双能量X线骨密度测量仪进行股骨头局部骨密度测量,与正常股骨头骨矿物含量值进行比较。结果股骨头缺血坏死的病例的骨矿物含量值均高于正常股骨头骨矿物含量值。结论双能量X线骨密度测量仪进行股骨头局部骨密度测量的量化结果表明,对其诊断及治疗效果的评估有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide quantizatical index for the diagnosis of ischemic necrosis femoral head. Methods We chose 33 cases which with ischemic necrosis of femoral head(Ⅱ-Ⅲstage) by X-ray,we measure bone density of the ischemic necrosis femoral head with double energy X-ray bone density measure apparatus(DEXA), and compare with the normal bone mineral density(BMD)of femoral head. Results Bone density of the ischemic necrosis femoral head was higher than the normal bone mineral density(BMD)of femoral head. Conclusion Quantizatical index of bone density of the ischemic necrosis femoral head measure by DEXA can evaluate effect of diagnosis and cure.更多还原
