【Abstract】 An integrated economic system of lands and natural resouces should be consisted of regional ecological, economic, social systems and the system of natural resource use. Economic system should guarantee mutual relation and coordination of component factors. Each facter in the system should play not only independent and special function role, but whole system should play comprehensive function. The orientation of regional function should be accurate, regional principal function is clear; the system is made varied inside and opened outside; components in the system is of organic and harmonious relation; the system has the capacity of preventing risk etc.更多还原
