【Abstract】 This paper presents the design of a e TFT LCD Controller Core in the SOPC builder based on Nios II.The hardware part is implemented by using Verilog HDL.The controller is connected with SDRAM by the bus interface of SOPC Avalon,The resolution and the color depth can reach up to 640*480 and 16bit respectively.更多还原
