基于混合遗传算法的桥梁监测传感器优化布置

【摘要】 利用混合遗传算法(Hybrid Genetic Algorithm,HGA)对南京长江大桥的监测传感器进行优化布置,得到了考虑不同的振型阶数和不同传感器数量的优化布置方案。优化结果表明,HGA高效、稳定,具有较强的全局搜索能力,在桥梁健康监测中有着广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Without a stable and efficient sensing system,it is difficult to realize the long-term monitoring for large bridges in civil engineering.To acquire as much as possible information of structure responses by limited number of sensors on actual bridge is a complicated optimization issue.As an optimization approach,the hybrid genetic algorithm(HGA) combining genetic algorithm(GA) with simulated annealing(SA) algorithm is able to overcome the premature problem in GA and enhance the accuracy and efficiency.In this paper,a kind of HGA is proposed to find the global optimum of the placement for sensors in structural health monitoring for Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge(NYRB).Then the HGA is used to search the global optimal placement of sensors corresponding to the assumed number of sensors and order of mode shapes.The results show that the proposed HGA is stable with rapid convergence and has a promising application in large bridge health monitoring.
