黄芩总黄酮的分离纯化工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:考察10种型号的大孔吸附树脂对黄芩总黄酮的吸附性,优选出分离黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的大孔吸附树脂。方法:用HPLC法,分别以黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的含量为考察指标,采用静态吸附和动态吸附相结合的方法进行筛选。结果:树脂型号不同,上样条件不同,对黄芩中4种黄酮类化合物的吸附力和解析率也不同。结论:综合考虑静态吸附和动态吸附的结果,以SP-825为最佳。

【Abstract】 AIM:To review the 10 kinds of macroporous resin’s absorption of total flavnoids to screen out the one which could separate the Baicalin,Baicalein,Wogonoside,Wogonin simultaneously. METHODS: By HPLC,using the content of Baicalin,Baicalein,Wogonoside,wogonin as the marker,adopting a static adsorbtion in combination with dynamic state. RESULTS: The difference in adsorption and desorption among macroporous resins and adsorption condition arose from four kinds of flavonoids. CONCLUSION: At a comprehensive estimate SP-825 resin was regarded as the ideal for adsorption and desorption.
