中高温锻烧传压介质对其本身性能影响的研究
Influence of calcination of pressure transmission medium on its performance
【摘要】 传压介质是研究高压技术与超硬材料必不可少的原料之一,长期以来都是用一种原生矿,将其粉碎加入水玻璃压制成块体,烘干待用。这种矿产又局限于中国某地,多年使用后已显贫乏。文章详细地分析了叶腊石的化学成分,对不同产地的产品进行了分析和对比,并在前人工作基础上提出一种新方案,通过一系列实验测试和分析,证明其性能稳定、可靠,有利于金刚石合成中顶锤消耗更低,金刚石质量更好。
【Abstract】 Pressure transmission medium is one of the absolutely necessary raw materials for studying high pressure technology and superhard material.This material from primary ore is limited and getting scarce after use many years.In this paper,a new project is proposed based on analyzing the chemical composition of phrophyllite,comparing the products of different places and foregoing work,which is proved to be stability and befit for lower anvil consumption and better diamond quality in synthesizing diamond by series of testing and analyzing.
