【摘要】 目的评价Nd:YAG激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法96例尿道内CA患者随机分为治疗组55例,采用Nd:YAG激光治疗;对照组41例,采用CO2激光治疗,两组术后均予卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,比较两组的治愈率及复发率。结果两组一次性治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组(92.45%)高于对照组(71.05%)。两组复发率差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组(7.55%)低于对照组(28.95%)。结论Nd:YAG激光治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣治愈率高、复发率低,优于CO2激光,是治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice treated with Nd:YAG laser. Methods 96 patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice divided into experimental group and control group in random.Experimental group was 55 patients,treated with Nd:YAG laser,while control group was 41 patients,treated with CO2 laser,Two groups were treated with BCG-PSN after laser treatment.Follow up a case by regular visits for three months and compare te that of two groups of cure rate and recurrence rate.Results The cure rate was 92.45% after experimental group treated with Nd:YAG laser once.It was higher than that of control group 71.05%,there was remarkable difference between two groups in cure rate once(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in experimental group was 7.55%,which was lower than that in control group28.95%,There was remarkable difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nd:YAG laser treatment had be proven to be safe and effective in treating condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice,which had higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate than CO2 laser treatment.更多还原
