【摘要】 目的分析低危型和高危型HPV不同亚型与尖锐湿疣(CA)复发率和复发时间的关系。方法选择CA患者161例。采集标本,提取DNA,以PCR扩增,电泳确定HPV亚型;出院后1年随访,了解患者是否复发以及记录复发时间。比较高危型和低危型之间复发率和复发时间的差异。结果HPV6/11型感染占73.91%(119例),HPV16/18型感染占9.32%(15例),复合型感染占16.77%(27例)。出院后3个月,HPV6/11组复发率达到高峰,与同期HPV16/18组和复合感染组无显著差异。出院后6个月,HPV6/11组复发率开始下降,而HPV16/18组和复合感染组则升至高峰,显著高于HPV6/11组(P<0.05)。治愈后1年,HPV6/11组复发率明显下降,HPV16/18组和复合感染组也开始下降,但显著高于HPV6/11组。结论不同亚型HPV感染的复发率和复发时间不同,出院后3个月无显著差异,出院后6个月和1年有显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the realationship of the HPV subtype and recurrent rate and recurrent time between low-risk type and high-risk type CA. Methods 161 patients who were dignosed in ward or clinic the National Diagnose Standard were select,collectand extract DNA from samples,PCR and identifyto certain the subtype of HPV infection.After left hospital,every patient was visited at least several times for 1 year in order to know whether the disease recurred.Compared the difference of CA recurred and CA recurred rates recurred times between low-risk CA and high-risk HPV subtype. Results HPV6/11 subtype 73.91%,HPV16/18 subtype 9.32%.mult-infection was 16.77%.difference of HPV subtype recurred different.after 3 months,HPV6/11 subtype recurred peak and had no evident difference in realation to HPV16/18 subtype.after 6 months,HPV16/18 subtype recurred peak and had evident difference in realation to HPV6/11 subtype.after 12 months,boths of the types recur rate were declined and had evident different.Conclusion difference of HPV subtype recurred rates and recurred time evident difference.after 3 months,HPV subtype recurred has no evident difference.after 6 months,HPV subtype recurred has evident difference.更多还原
