【Abstract】 Current acquirement of capability education and experiment specialty of organic chemistry are presented in this article.it is also discussed that how to harmonize teachers,administers and students using plan as a whole methods,and how to fully make use of class time and resource of lab for "Green Chemistry" experiment.Then experiment efficiency and education quality can be enchanted.The experiment effliency will be greatly improved with applicating harmonice methods.更多还原
