【Abstract】 To manage the school according to law is a natural trend and intrinsic demand of the management of contemporary universities.The new "Regulations" issued by the Ministry of Education has clarified the rights and obligations of students and established the system of protecting students’ legitimate interest,laying down a series of new regulations concerning the management of school according to law and protecting students’ legitimate interest.Universities should establish the people-oriented notion,make clear the basic legal relationship with students,set up systems of protecting and aiding students’ legitimate interest and perfect effective mechanisms of monitor and guarantee.更多还原
