【摘要】 当前高校反腐倡廉制度建设方面存在点不准、缺乏针对性,线不畅、缺乏系统性,面不和、缺乏整体协调性等问题。高校反腐倡廉制度建设应从微观上抓住制定制度的着力点和执行制度的要点;要把现有制度建构成结构合理、配置科学、程序严格、相互制约的源头治腐的制度体系;要从宏观上规划制度设计的整体构架,形成各项制度的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Problems exist in present construction of anti-corruption system: in point it is not accurate;in line it is not systematic;in surface it lacks overall coordinateness.The paper proposes to lay emphasis on the key points of system construction and implementation;to set up an integrated system of reasonable structure,scientific allocation,strict procedures and mutual restriction;to conduct macro-planning and macro-designing of the overall structure,leading to harmonious development of various rules and regulations.更多还原
