职业搜寻理论视野下的高校毕业生就业问题研究
Employment of University Graduates:A Study from Job Search Perspective
【摘要】 随着我国高等教育大众化进程的不断推进,高校毕业生尤其是地方高校毕业生就业难问题日益凸显。根据一所具有代表性的地方综合性院校调研获取的数据,运用职业搜寻理论、保留工资理论及二元劳动力市场理论,对高校毕业生就业问题进行深入探讨,得出以下结论:在就业市场不完善、信息不充分的情况下,毕业生基于成本-收益分析进行的职业搜寻是理性的行为,职业搜寻的时间受到个人家庭经济状况的约束;预期利益最大化不一定带来实际收益最大化,随着信息的逐渐披露和职业搜寻时间的延长,毕业生会调整自身的保留工资或投入到深造队伍中;相互分割的二元劳动力市场,是造成就业市场"无业可就"与"有业不就"并存的结构性矛盾的重要原因。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of higher education popularization,the employment for university graduates,especially for graduates of local universities has been getting increasingly difficult.Based on the data from a search on a representative local university,with the application of job search theory,reservation wage theory and dual labor theory,this paper deeply inquires into the causes of these problems.Conclusions are as follows: under the circumstance of imperfect market and inadequate information,graduates’ search for job on the basis of cost-benefit analysis is reasonable;the expected maximum benefit does not necessarily bring out maximum profit;the disconnected dual labor market is an important cause for no employment to get" and unwilling to get employed".
