【摘要】 本文总结了仝小林教授治疗糖尿病的学术观点和临床经验。仝小林教授认为现代糖尿病是食、郁、痰、湿、热、瘀交织为患,病机演变基本按照以郁、热、虚、损4个阶段发展。仝教授根据糖尿病的不同阶段将其分为糖尿病期和并发症期。糖尿病期包括痰(湿)热互结证、热盛伤津证、气阴两虚证;并发症期包括肝肾阴虚证、阴阳两虚证;此外还有兼夹证:兼痰浊、兼血瘀证,在治疗上主张分阶段治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text sums up the Academic viewpoint and experience of TONG Xiao-lin on Diabetes Mellitus.The modem view of professor TONG is that diabetes is fresh,Yu,sputum,wet,heat,stasis intertwined infestation,disease-evolving in accordance with the basic Yu,heat, empty,loss of four-stage development.According to the professor’s view,diabetes should be divided into different stages of diabetes and complications period.Diabetes period,including Tanrehujie,Reshengshangjin.Qiyinliangxu;complications,including liver and kidney yin vacuity,two deficiency of yin and yang;There is also the folder cards:Tanzhuo and blood stasis.Professor TONG advocates for a phased treatment.更多还原
