【摘要】 目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨Y型钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨Y型钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折36例,对手术入路、时间、术后肘关节功能及并发症等进行分析。结果术后随访6～38个月,平均13个月,按Cassebaum法对肘关节功能进行评定,疗效为优18例,良10例,可7例,差1例,疗效优良率为77.8%。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨Y型钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折,手术入路和内固定方法合理,取得良好疗效,有利于术后肘关节功能恢复,同时术后并发症亦较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss operative method and curative effect of treating intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus by olecranon osteotomy and Y-shape internal fixation with steel plate.Methods 36 cases of treating intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus by olecranon osteotomy and Y-shape internal fixation with steel plate were used and cut-in route of operation,time and function of postoperative elbow joint as well as complicating diseases were analyzed.Results During postoperative follow-up survey for 6-38 months,averagely 13 months,function of elbow joint was assessed using Cassebaum method,and curative effect showed that 18 cases were excellent,10 good,7 moderate and 1 bad,with excellent-good rate of curative effect being 77.8%.Conclusion With regard to treating intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus by olecranon osteotomy and Y-shape internal fixation with steel plate,the cut-in route of operation and method of internal fixation were rational,thus achieving good curative effect, being conducive to recovery of function of postoperative elbow joint and reduction of postoperative complicating diseases.更多还原
