【摘要】 "证"是"證"和"証"的规范简化字,是中医学关于疾病的认识成果,是证候的最初表达形式。"症"字至明清时期得到广泛使用,建国后专指症状。候包含着空间与时间两方面含义:一是观察到的疾病的临床表现及其变化之情状和程度;二是疾病的临床表现与医者的诊察活动、气候变化密切相关。"候"既包含了"症"的内容,也反映出证的病机内容中运动、变化的特性。因此,"證"经过一系列内涵和语义的演化,最后通过与"候"的联用,"证候"实现了从抽象概念到具体概念的飞跃。更多还原

【Abstract】 "证"is the standard simplified character of"證"and"証",is the fruit of Chinese medical understanding for the disease,and is also the first expression of syndrome,"症"has been the widely used word since the Qing period,and it was specifically refers to the symptoms after the founding of China."候"includes both the space and time meanings.First,the clinical manifestations and the observed changes in the shape and extent of the disease;Second,the clinical manifestations is closely related to the activities of the medical examination and the climate change. "候"includes the concept of"症"which also reflects the property of motion and change of the syndrome,s pathogen.Therefore,underthrough a series of evolution in in content and word meaning and finally used together with"候","證"realized the leap forward from the abstract concept to the concreter concept.更多还原
