【摘要】 目的探讨PICC导管用于肿瘤化疗不同疗程的护理效果。方法收集肿瘤化疗第一个疗程时用PICC导管输液的患者,有25例,为Ⅰ组,第三个疗程时用PICC导管输液的患者,有38例,为Ⅱ组,观察两组穿刺置管次数、操作时间、留置时间以及是否发生静脉炎。结果Ⅰ组平均操作时间较Ⅱ组明显缩短(P<0.05);I组静脉炎总发生率较II组有极显著差异(P<0.01);两组穿刺置管总成功率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在患者接受肿瘤化疗第一个疗程时用PICC导管的护理效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing effect of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in different courses of tumour chemotherapy.Methods 25 patients transfused with PICC during the first course of treatment were allocated as group Ⅰ,and 38 patients transfused with PICC during the third course of treatment were allocated as group Ⅱ.The frequency of puncturation,running time,the detaining time,and incidence of phlebitis were compared for the two groups.Results The average running time of group Ⅰ was obviously shorter than that of group Ⅱ(P<0.05);there was statistical difference in incidence of phlebitis between the two groups;but the difference in total achievement ratio of puncturation wasn’t significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of PICC application during the first course of tumour chemotherapy is satisfactory.更多还原
