MRI脂肪抑制技术的临床应用研究
A Study on Clinical Application of MRI Fat Restraint Technology
【摘要】 目的研究SIEMENS MAGNETOM Avanto syngo MR1.5T常规序列和脂肪抑制技术对膀胱壁增生性病变的诊断价值,寻求膀胱常规扫描及排除膀胱壁增生性病变的优秀序列。方法对38例患者使用SIEMENS MAGNETOM Avanto syngo MR1.5T扫描,通过T1WI、T2WI、脂肪抑制和直接增强扫描,以及膀胱充盈及排空像的扫描在MRI上的显示情况进行对比。结果38例行膀胱MRI检查的患者,发现膀胱壁病灶34例,发现率为89.47%,病灶显示更具有对比性和鉴别性。结论用西门子仪的脂肪抑制序列平扫加增强,可以很容易发现膀胱壁增生性病灶,在盆腔脂肪组织很少的情况下,脂肪抑制技术在膀胱增生性病变诊断中,较MRI常规序列、CT、B超等医学影像诊断更具有临床诊断定性价值。
【Abstract】 Objective This article studies the diagnostic value of SIEMENS MAGNETOM Avanto syngo MR 1.5T routine sequence and fat restraint technology on urinary bladder wall proliferation pathological changes and seeks for the outstanding sequences of bladder routine scanning and eliminating urinary bladder wall proliferation pathological changes. Methods SIEMENS MAGNETOM Avanto syngo MR 1.5T scanning is applied to 38 cases. By means of T1WI、T2WI、fat restraint and direct increasing scanning, we compare the image of bladder filling and emptying scanning on MRI. Results 34 cases of bladder wall focus were found, the rate of which is 89.47 %. The focus display is of higher relative property and distinctive. Conclusion By using SIEMENS apparatus’ fat restraint sequence plain and increasing scanning, we find it’s easy to detect the urinary bladder wall proliferation focus. Under the circumstances of little pelvic cavity fatty tissue, fat restraint technology is of much greater value than MRI routine sequence, CT, B-type ultrasonic and other medical video methods in diagnosing urinary bladder wall proliferation pathological changes.
