【摘要】 目的总结头位难产剖宫产的最佳时机。方法对2003年1月～2005年12月产妇480例,随机分成剖宫产组和阴道分娩组各240例,对剖宫产的时机进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产组和阴道分娩组在新生儿出生体重有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组胎位异常发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新生儿出生体重偏大和胎位异常是头位难产的主要因素,准确地掌握剖宫产的时机是治疗的关键。更多还原
