【摘要】 目的观察散结镇痛胶囊治疗继发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将继发性痛经患者122例分为治疗组60例,于经期第1天予散结镇痛胶囊,每次4粒,po,tid;对照组62例,予口服布洛芬(芬必得)50mg2次/d,不适症状消失后停止服药,两组均治疗3个月经周期,治疗前后观察痛经程度、妇检及药物不良反应。结果观察组在改善痛经症状,减小盆腔包块上有效率优于对照组,且可保持患者正常月经周期,药物不良反应小。结论散结镇痛胶囊治疗继发性痛经临床疗效较好,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of Sanjiezhentong Capsule.Methods 122 pationts with secondary dysmenorrhea,who then were divided into two groups,one is contrast,the other group is treated by medicine.Results The observer group have efficient in dysmenorrhea improvement in symptoms and reducing the pelvic mass than the contrast group,the two have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Sanjiezhentong Capsule treatment of secondary dysmenorrhea better clinical effect,small side-effects.更多还原
