骨盆骨折病人的护理问题及对策

【摘要】 目的探讨骨盆骨折病人的常见护理问题及对策,以便提高骨盆骨折的治愈率。方法收集和分析59例骨盆骨折病人的临床资料并进行护理问题分析,制订相应护理对策。结果发现骨盆骨折病人的常见护理问题有:①体液不足;②疼痛;③躯体移动障碍;④焦虑;⑤潜在并发症——有皮肤受损及感染的危险、便秘等,针对这些护理问题制订详细的护理对策,可以提高护理效果。结论针对病人的问题,实施精心和周密的护理是促进病人早日康复,提高治愈率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the nursing problem and countermeasure of pelvis fracture, in order to raise the curing rate. Methods To gather and make an analysis for clinical materials of 59 cases of pelvis fracture, according to the common problem of the nursing, made the best nursing countermeasure to them. Results The common problem of the pelvis fracture were lack of body liquid, pain, moving hinder, anxiety, potential complication such as skin suffer, skin infect, constipation, et al. The nursing aim at the common problem would make a better nursing effect. Conclusion According to the common problem, making an elaborately and careful nursing were the key to promote the recover and raise the curing rate.更多还原
