危重新生儿转运149例临床分析

【摘要】 目的了解区域性危重新生儿转运系统(NETS)对本院危重新生儿救治工作的重要性。方法与有NICU的市三级医院建立协作关系,通过绿色通道应用单程或双程转运的方式转运危重新生儿。结果转运的149例高危儿中先天性梅毒可能的有98例,占转运总数的首位。余51例中早产儿为21人,占第一位,其中出生体重小于1500克有10例,1500克~2000克有7人,大于2000克有4人。新生儿窒息为11人,占第二位,先天性心脏病为8人,占第三位。其中呼吸困难有36例,需要机械通气的有19例。由于转运及时及转运途中有效的监护和处理,转运途中无一例死亡,转运病死率为0,转运成功率为100%。结论建立区域性危重新生儿转运系统是降低新生儿死亡率、减少伤残及改善患儿预后的重要措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the importance of regional critical neonatal emergency transport system (NETS) for rescuing critical newborn infants in my hospital. Methods Establishing cooperation with city hospital which has NICU. To transport critical newborn infants through the landscaped roadways in either single or double process .Results 149 critical newborn infants have been transported. Among them 98 babies with possibility of congenital syphilis are the most of all. Among the rest 51 infants, the first were 21 premature infants, including 10 babies with birth weight <1500g, 7 babies with birth weight 1500g~2000g,4 babies with birth weight 2000g. 11 newborn infants with asphyxia took the second percentage. The third were 8 babies with congenital cardiopathy. Among them 36 babies were with difficulty of breath, 19 babies needed mechanical ventilation. Thanks to seasonable transportation and effective care and treatment in route, there was a mortality of 0 on the road. All recurred (100%). Conclusions NETS is an important measure to reduce mortality rate, decrease disability and improve prognosis of newborn infants.
