【摘要】 目的探讨改良经皮穿刺酒精硬化方法治疗单纯囊肿的技术改良措施及其临床应用价值。方法在CT引导下,采用改良的直接穿刺法对83例单纯囊肿病人进行酒精硬化治疗,并对操作成功率、治疗过程中的副反应和并发症及疗效进行分析。结果83例97个囊肿治疗总有效率95.88%,囊肿消失率74.23%。治疗过程中无穿刺针脱出或因病人剧烈疼痛中断治疗。结论改良经皮穿刺硬化方法是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,可以减少术中并发症,减轻病人痛苦,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the technical essentials and clinic value of improved percutaneous alcohol sclertherapy in the treatment of simple cyst.Methods: 83 cases of simple cyst were treated with improved percutanecous alcohol sclerotherapy under the guidance of CT scan .Rate of successful performance, adverse reaction during treatment, complication and therapeutic effect were analysed.Results: The effective rate reached 95.88% in the treatment of 97 simple cysts in 83 cases.74.23% of the cysts disappeared. No treatment performance was suspended by agony of the patient or dislocation of needle. Conclusion: Improved percutaneous sclerotherapy is a safe and effective therapeutics reduce complications during the operation and increase curative and effective rate.更多还原
