【摘要】 目的:评价抗高血压药的利用情况与趋势。方法:对我院2004～2007年抗高血压药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果:4年中抗高血压药销售金额排序与用药频度排序基本同步,钙通道阻滞剂应用最广,其次是血管紧张素受体阻断剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。结论:我院抗高血压药应用基本合理,钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素受体阻断剂应用前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current situation and the developmental trend of the application of antihypertensives in our hospital. METHODS:The use of antihypertensives in our hospital during 2004～2007 was analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties,consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs etc. RESULTS:The order of antihypertensives either in consumption sum or DDDs remains steady,leading the first were Ca 2+ antagonists,followed by angiotensin receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. CONCLUSION:The application of antihypertensives in our hospital was rational on the whole. The application of Ca 2+ antagonists,angiotensin receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor CCB has a broad prospect.更多还原
