【摘要】 目的:评价我院门诊处方中抗生素应用现状并就不合理用药进行分析,为临床合理用药提供可靠依据。方法:随机抽取我院门诊2007年6月~11月每月处方100张及抗菌药物处方200张,并调取门诊在这6个月抗菌药物的消耗总量,对门诊合理用药进行处方评价及考察半年度抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)的排序情况,并对不合理用药情况进行统计和分析。结果:我院门诊患者的处方评价总体基本合理;门诊抗菌药物的DDDs排序位于前10位的药物包括氟喹诺酮类3种、青霉素类3种、大环内酯类1种,其中司帕沙星使用最多;门诊抗菌药物在使用中存在着用药起点高、用法用量不合理等现象。结论:我院门诊抗菌药物处方总体评价基本合理,但存在着不合理用药现象,医院仍需加大对抗菌药物使用的监管力度,通过处方点评等干预措施,使临床用药逐步趋于合理规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization of antibiotics in the outpatients of our hospital and to analyze the irrational use of antibiotics so as to provide reliable basis for the rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS: 100 outpatient prescriptions and 200 antibiotics prescriptions randomly sampled each month from June to Nov.in 2007 in our hospital were analyzed and evaluated in respect of the total consumption of antibacterials,rational drug use,and the order of DDDs(DDDS) of antibacterial drugs.The non-rational use of antibacterials was analyzed statistically as well.RESULTS: The outpatient prescriptions were basically rational in terms of drug use.Three kinds of quinolones,three kinds of penicillins and one kind of macrolides dominated the first 10 places on the DDDs list of the antibacterial drugs used in the outpatients,with sparfloxacin showing the highest proportion.The outpatient irrational use of antimicrobial agents was characterized by high starting point and irrational administration and dosage.CONCLUSION: The outpatient prescription of our hospital is reasonable on the whole.However,the use of which is still far from perfect;therefore,it is urgent for hospital to tight monitoring on the use of antibacterials to promote their rational and standard use in the clinic by taking intervention measures such as prescription evaluation etc.更多还原
