【摘要】 目的:了解和评估我院门诊芬太尼透皮贴剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2006~2007年我院门诊使用芬太尼透皮贴剂的处方共1605张进行整理,统计其用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI),并分析给药间隔和剂量的应用是否合理。结果:2006~2007年我院门诊芬太尼透皮贴剂消耗总量分别为7242·5mg和12892·5mg,2·5mg和5mg两种规格的药物DUI均在1·2~1·5之间;部分处方给药间隔不合理;2007年芬太尼透皮贴剂大剂量处方明显多于2006年。结论:2006年~2007年我院门诊芬太尼透皮贴剂的利用总体上合理和规范,但部分处方存在书写及用法不规范和不合理现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the outpatient use of Fentanyl Transdermal System in our hospital to for reference of its rational administration in the clinic. METHODS: A total of 1,605 outpatient prescriptions involving use of Fentanyl Transdermal System in our hospital during the period 2006～2007 were analyzed in respect of the DDDs, DUI, and rationality in dosing interval and dosage. RESULTS: The consumption of Fentanyl Transdermal System in the outpatients in 2006 was 7 242.5mg versus 12 892.5mg in 2007. The DUI ranged between 1.2 and 1.5 for the two preparations (2.5mg and 5mg in specification). Some prescriptions were irrational in dosing interval. The large dose prescriptions in 2007 were apparently more than those prescribed in 2006. CONCLUSION: The utilization of Fentanyl Transdermal System in the outpatients in our hospital during the period 2006～2007 was rational and standard on the whole, but some prescriptions were irrational and nonstandard in prescription writing and application.更多还原
