【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To establish TLC for the identification of Yizhi mixture to achieve its quality control. METHODS: Radix polygalae, Cortex phellodendri, and Radix Glycyrrhizae in Yizhi mixture were identified by TLC. RESULTS: The corresponding TLC spots of all the samples were able to be detected in TLC identification. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, specific yet without interference of negative control, and by which, the quality of Yizhi mixture can be effectively controlled.更多还原
