【摘要】 目的:探讨我院平喘药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用频度分析法和金额排序法对我院2002年～2006年平喘药用药情况作统计分析。结果:我院平喘药用药频度居前几位的多为日均费用较低的口服药;部分缓控释剂、复合吸入剂、混悬液等新型药,日均费用较高,占一定份额,有发展趋势。结论:我院平喘药应用较为合理,朝着低费、高效、长效、低毒方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the current status of the use of anti-asthmatic drugs in our hospital and provide reference for rational administration of drug in the clinic. METHODS: By using the methods of DDDs and the order of amount of money, analyze the siuation of anti-asthmatic used in our hospital during the period 2002～2006. RESULTS: The anti-asthmatic drugs of lower daily cost are in the forefront of the sequence of the DDDs. Some new drugs of higher daily cost, such as sustained release preparation, multiple inhalation and suspension, have the trend of development. CONCLUSION: Anti-asthmatic drugs use in our hospital is rational for the cheap price, high and long efficient and low toxicity.更多还原
