【摘要】 中小城镇是未来城市人口集中膨胀的重要载体,能否实现中小城镇的热电联产,关系到该类人口群体生活环境质量,近些年我省热电联产事业取得了较大的发展,但由于经济、交通等各方面原因,大型城市和中小城镇的热电联产发展不均衡,大城市由所处条件的优越,资金、政策、投资意愿等方面都要远好于中小城镇,热电联产已覆盖所有大城市,而中小城镇则有被边缘化倾向,本文通过分析中小城镇热电联产发展中问题,提出了研究建议。更多还原
