【摘要】 目的探讨治疗白癜风的方法。方法17例静止期白癜风患者取正常颜色皮肤的刃厚皮片,通过胰蛋白酶消化制成表皮细胞(角朊细胞+黑素细胞)悬液,然后将悬液移植注入白斑区经冷冻诱发的水疱内。结果半年后痊愈3例(17.6%),显效7例(41.2%),有效5例(29.4%),无效2例(11.8%),总有效率88.2%。结论自体表皮细胞悬液移植操作简便,疗效确切,可作为顽固性白癜风的疗法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment methods of leucoderma.Methods The normal color epidermal skin graft was taken off from 17 cases of quiescent staged leucoderma to make epidermal cell suspension(keratinocytes+melanocytes) by trypsinization.Then the suspension was infused into the freezing-induced vesics on the hickie area.Results Half a year later,full healing achieved in 3 cases(17.6%),excellent effect in 7 cases(41.2%),good effect in 5 cases(29.4%),and poor effect in 2 cases(11.8%),with the total effective rate being 88.2%.Conclusion Auto-epidermal cell suspension inoculation,being simple to use and effective,can be used as an alternative of treatment for refractory leucoderma.更多还原
