【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期合并糖尿病对母婴结局的影响。方法对妊娠期合并糖尿病孕妇40例(观察组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,同期分娩的非糖尿病孕妇作为对照组,比较两组母婴并发症。结果观察组的年龄及妊娠高血压病、妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症、产后出血、羊水过多、巨大儿、早产儿、胎儿宫内窘迫的发生率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),羊水过少、胎膜早破的发病率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论重视对妊娠期合并糖尿病的早期诊断和治疗,控制血糖是减少母婴并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influences of pregnancy complicated by diabetes on pregnancy outcome.Methods The data of 40 cases of pregnant patients complicated with diabetes delivered were analyzed retrospectively.Patients complicated with diabetes were classified as study group,while pregnant women without diabetes delivered at the same period were defined as control group.Maternal and neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The average age of the study group was older significantly than the control group.The incidence rates of pregnancy-induced hypertension,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage,polyhydramnios,preterm labor,fetal macrosomia and fetal distress were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P <0.05).The rate of oligohydramnios,premature rupture of membrane,fetal death,neonate malformation and neonate asphyxia between the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis of pregnancy complicated with diabetes and effective control of blood glucose are essential for reducing the incidence of maternal and fetal complications.更多还原
