【摘要】 目的评价国产头孢美唑钠治疗急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、对照试验的方法,治疗42例急性呼吸道感染患者(试验组20例、对照组22例)。试验药为注射用头孢美唑钠,对照药为注射用进口头孢美唑钠(先锋美他醇),1g/次,每日2次。疗程5~12天。结果试验组临床有效率和临床痊愈率分别为90·00%和25·00%,对照组临床有效率和临床痊愈率分别为86·36%和45·45%;试验组细菌清除率为100·00%,对照组细菌清除率为100·00%,各项指标比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0·05);安全性评价表明试验组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为16·67%与8·33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05),未见严重不良反应。结论国产头孢美唑钠是治疗呼吸道感染安全、有效的抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of domestic-made Cefmetazole Sodium to treat acute respiratory infection. MethodsA random, double blind and case controlled study was conducted to treat 42 cases of acute respiratory infection, consisting of a trial group (20 patients treated by domestic Cefmetazole Sodium) and a control group (22 patients treated by imported Cefmetazole Sodium). The dosage of these antibiotics was 1g/each time, twice a day, and the course of treatment was 5~12 days. ResultsThe effective rate and curing rate in trial group were 90.00% and 25.00% respectively, while in control group were 86.36% and 45.45% respectively. The clearing rate of bacteria in booth groups was 100%. There was no statistically significant difference among these parameters (P > 0.05). The adverse reaction rates in trial group and control group were 16.67% and 8.33% indicated by the safety evaluation (P > 0.05), and no severe adverse reaction was observed in both groups. ConclusionDomestic Cefmetazole Sodium is an effective and safe antibiotic to treat respiratory infection.更多还原
