【摘要】 目的评价口服降糖药物的应用情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法对我院2004～2006年口服降糖药物的销售金额、用药频度及限定日费用等进行统计、分析。结果口服降糖药物的费用呈逐年增长趋势,年增长率分别为2005年36.80%、2006年4.65%。西药总体费用2004年、2005年呈增长趋势,2006年较2005年稍有下降;阿卡波糖、二甲双胍、罗格列酮的费用位于前3位;国产及合资的二甲双胍、阿卡波糖的用药频度各年均位于降糖药物的前3位,瑞格列奈的用药频度增长显著,平均年增长率为104.17%。结论阿卡波糖已逐渐成为临床医师的首选药物,提示我院降糖药物的应用状况与国内外总体用药情况基本相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the utilization situation of oral antidiabetic drugs,which can provide the evidence-based guideline for clinically using this kind of drugs.Methods The consumption sum,defined daily dose(DDD)and defined daily cost(DDC)of the oral antidiabetic drugs from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed statistically.Results The consumption sum of the oral antidiabetic drugs from 2004 to 2006 increased year by year,i.e.36.80% and 4.65% increase in 2005 and 2006 from 2004,respectively.The consumption sum of the western medicine increased from 2004 to 2005,but slightly decreased from 2005 to 2006.Acarbose(Glucobay),metformin(Glucophage),rosiglitazone(Avandia)had dominated the first 3 places during the 3 consecutive years in terms of the consumption sum.DDD of metformin(domestic-made,Glucophage)and Acarbose(Glucobay)were the top three drugs used in the hospital in the last three years,while that of Repaglinide(NovoNorm)increased remarkably by 104.17% per year.Conclusion Acarbose(Glucobay)has been becoming the first-choice of drug for diabetes mellitus in our hospital.The utilization of the oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the general utilization condition home and abroad.更多还原
