填充等离子体圆形槽波导的分析
Analysis of Circular Groove Guide Loaded with Plasmas
【摘要】 采用模式匹配方法推导了完全填充等离子体的圆形槽波导TE(111)模的特征方程,通过此特征方程可得等离子体物理参数对圆形槽波导TE(111)模的色散关系的影响.计算结果表明,等离子体物理参数对圆形槽波导TE(111)模的特性有较大影响,例如,等离子体密度由5×1015/m3增大到5×1016/m3时,TE(111)模的截止频率从较小的4.6 GHz增加到13.8 GHz.控制等离子体物理参数可获得TE(111)模的不同截止频率,为研究加载等离子体的圆形槽波导的应用提供了依据.
【Abstract】 A circular groove guide loaded with plasmas is analyzed using the mode matching method.The characteristic equation of circular groove guide loaded with plasmas is derived.Effects of plasma physical parameters on dispersion curve of TE(1)11 mode are calculated using the characteristic equation.The calculated results show that the physical parameters of plasmas have great effect on the characteristic of TE(1)11 mode.For instance,when the plasma density rises from 5×1015/m3 to 5×1016/m3,the cutoff frequency of TE(1)11 mode changes from 4.6 GHz to 13.8 GHz.The changes of cutoff frequency of TE(1)11 mode loaded with different plasma parameters can be found.The results provide guidelines for applications of circular groove guide loaded with plasmas.
