【摘要】 目的探讨泌尿外科中西药联用排石的最佳治疗方案。方法回顾性总结290例泌尿系统结石患者保守治疗的疗效,选择最佳治疗方案。结果石淋颗粒(医院制剂)、排石冲剂、排石饮液单独足量用药时均有效(总有效率分别为67.50%,65.00%,62.50%),但疗效不及友来特(80.00%),石淋颗粒与友来特联合用药效果更佳,总有效率达90.00%。结论石淋颗粒与友来特联合用药是泌尿系统结石排石保守治疗的最佳方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the best lithagogue prescription of herbal and western medicine for urinary surgery department.Methods To summary and compare retrospectively the conservative treatment effect of Chinese herbal medicines and western medicine on urinary tract calculi in 290 cases for choosing the best prescription.Results The 3 herbal medicines including lithagogue powders,lithagogue granules,lithagogue liquid as well as the western medicine Uralyt-u were effective when used individually and amplely.Uralyt-u was better.The combination of lithagogue powders with Uralyt-u was the best.Conclusion The western medicine Uralyt-u(potassium sodium hydrogen citrate)can alkalize urine to increase the pH value efficiently so as to resolve the uric acid stones including calcium oxalate.The lithagogue powders can increase the urine excretion and strengthen the peristalsis of ureter so as to provoke the evacuation of stones.The combination of lithagogue powders and Uralyt-u is the best conservative drug prescription to remove the urinary tract calculi.更多还原
