【摘要】 目的建立硫酸多黏菌素中微量(痕量)残留糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法对样品进行前处理,在490 nm波长下测定吸光度A。结果葡萄糖质量浓度在5.00～100.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度A线性关系良好,r2>0.999,平均回收率为92.1%,最低检出限为8.2mg/kg。结论所用方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于杂质糖的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of saccharide residue in colistin sulphate.Methods The solution of samples were pretreated by phenol-sulphuric acid method,and then the absorbencies were measured at 490 nm.Results The linear range was 5.00-100.0 μg/mL,r2 > 0.999.The average recovery was 92.1%.The lowest detectable limit was 8.2 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and precise.It can be used for the determination of saccharide residue in colistin sulphate.更多还原
