【摘要】 目的研究通脉胶囊对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法采用结扎大鼠大脑双侧总动脉形成急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察通脉胶囊对脑含水量、毛细血管通透性、脑组织损伤等方面的影响。结果通脉胶囊可明显降低脑含水量、毛细血管通透性,减轻脑组织损伤。结论通脉胶囊对大鼠实验性脑缺血有显著的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of Tongmai Capsule on the experimental cerebral ischemic injury in rats.Methods The rat experimental model of cerebral ischemic injury was established by bilateral cerebral artery ligature.The effects of Tongmai Capsule on water contents of brain,capillary permeability and injury of brain tissue were investigated.Results In rat model of cerebral ischemic injury,2.0,4.0,6.0 g/kg of Tongmai Capsule markedly decreased water content of brain and capillary permeability,and significantly reduced injury of brain tissue.Conclusion Tongmai Capsule has the protective effects on cerebral ischemic injury in rats.更多还原
