【摘要】 为了解居民对医疗卫生服务的评价,课题组于2007年对上海市某区8个社区居民进行了入户调查。结果表明,该区居民就医流向较为合理;在候诊时间、病人尊重、解释的清晰程度、投诉的方便性以及医疗费用的合理性等方面,该区居民对社区卫生服务中心的评价高于二、三级医院;医疗费用高,等待时间长是该区居民对医疗机构不满意的前2位原因。作者建议该区继续引导病人合理流动,改善医疗服务,促进社区卫生服务满足更多居民健康保健需要与需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A household survey covered 8 communities was carried out in one district of Shanghai in 2007 in order to understand the residents’ evaluation on medical care.The results indicated that the patient flow in this district was reasonable, that the medical care in community health centers in this district was evaluated higher than that in the secondary and tertiary level hospitals in terms of waiting time, respect for patients, clear explanation to patients’ questions, complaining convenience and reasonable medical expenditure, and that high medical expenditure and long waiting time were on the top of the residents’ dissatisfaction list in this district. The authors recommended that the patient flow should be led continuously towards more rational, medical care should be improved and community health care should be facilitated to meet the needs and demands of more residents in this district.更多还原
