【Abstract】 To present experiences of the public hospita’s social responsibility in the United States and United Kingdom,elaborates the function of government in the health sector in the market economic nations.The American government sets up the health system"safety net"by limited public hospitals;and the British government makes use of the National Health Service system and reforms to achieve social responsibility and efficiency.Experiences of the US and UK will be useful references for China to improve public hospitals’ social responsibilities.更多还原
