【摘要】 目的了解广东省公立医院的医疗资源配置情况及近5年来发展趋势。方法通过整群抽样选取广东省21个地级市254家公立医院采用统一设计的调查表进行函调。结果广东省公立医院规模不断发展,人员、床位、设备、业务用房等增长明显,三级医院和设区的市、区属二级医院发展速度最快。结论广东省公立医院资源规模不断增长,但地区发展不平衡,非珠三角地区设区的市、区属二级医院发展前景堪忧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the resources allocation and developing trend of public hospitals in Guangdong Province.Method A postal questionnaire survey was carried out to 254 public hospitals in 21 municipalities in Guangdong Province by cluster sampling.Results The scales of medical staffs,beds,technical equipment and space expanding in public have been increasing since 2000.The developing speed in tertiary hospital and secondary hospital in municipalities are faster than those in counties.Conclusion The scale of public hospitals was expanding quickly.However,the development was not equal in regions.Some secondary hospitals in Non-pearl-river-delta Areas are facing difficulties in developing.更多还原
