【摘要】 目的:探讨尼美舒利口服制剂所致不良反应(ADRs)的一般规律及特点,探讨预防其不良反应的措施。方法:对1998～2008年尼美舒利口服制剂不良反应11年来国内公开发表的文献源进行统计分析。结果:尼美舒利口服制剂不良反应的发生与性别、年龄有关,妇女、儿童和老人易于发生不良反应;报道中的不良反应主要为肝、肾功能的损害,并导致2例死亡。结论:临床医师、药师应重视尼美舒利口服制剂的不良反应,坚持合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the general disciplinarian and characters of the adverse reactions (ADRs) induced by Nimesulide by oral administration. Methods:The adverse reactions of nimesulide by oral administration were collected and analysed statistically in published papers from 1998 to 2008. Results:The ADRs of nimesulide by oral administration were related to patient′s sex and age, women, children and elder were prone to suffer from the ADRs. The major and severest ADRs among the papers were the damage of liver and kidney originated from drugs, and with 2 cases died. Conclusion:Clinical physicians and pharmaceutist should pay attention to the ADRs of nimesulide by oral administration and rational use of drugs.更多还原
