【摘要】 目的:观察六君子汤治疗化疗所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法:2003年1月～2005年10月,将入组的121例胃癌患者随机分成六君子汤治疗组和对照组。治疗组在化疗前后服用六君子汤,原化疗方案常规执行;对照组化疗期间未服中药。观察患者白细胞变化、感染情况及生活质量。结果:治疗组第4、7、10、21天白细胞水平均显著高于对照组;治疗组无感染发生,保证了化疗的顺利完成;治疗组患者的KPS改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.0001)。结论:六君子汤治疗化疗致白细胞减少症,疗效确切,无毒副作用,经济而且简便易行,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Liujunzi in treatment of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy. Methods:121 consecutive patients of gastric cancer entered the trial from January 2003 to October 2005. Patients were randomized to devided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were taken Liujunzi Decoction during chemotherapy. All the patients were detected of white blood cell (WBC)counts , infection and KPS. Results: WBC counts of the treatment group was higher than those of control group on the 4th, 7th,10th,21st day after chemotherapy. No infection was found in the treatment group, and the treatment group has higher clinical benefit response of KPS than DDP group(P<0.0001). Conclusion: Liujunzi could treat leukopenia effectively and economic and could be spread clinically.更多还原
