【摘要】 目的:探讨B超引导下经皮肝穿刺置管引流术治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床价值。方法:采用B超介导下经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗肝脓肿30例,其中,单发脓肿24例(80.00%),2个以上多发脓肿6例(20.00%)。脓肿部位发生在肝右叶20例(66.67%),肝左叶6例(20.00%),左右肝叶4例(13.33%)。结果:患者在抽吸、置管后平均3d体温恢复正常且症状消失,引流量逐渐减少和消失,B超检查证实脓腔萎陷及无脓液。结论:B超介导下经皮肝穿刺置管引流术是一种操作简便的肝脓肿引流方法,医疗费用低,成为肝脓肿的首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of placed tube drainage under ultrasound guided transpercutaneous hepatic puncture for the treatment of bacterial liver abscess. Methods: Placed tube drainage under ultrasound guided transpercutaneous hepatic puncture was used for the treatment of liver abscess in 30 cases. Among them ,single abscess was in 24 cases (80.00%) and multiple abscess was in 6 cases (20.00%).Abscess site was as follows: right lobe of liver was 20 cases(66.67%),left lobe of liver was 6 cases(20.00%), left and right robe of liver was 4 cases(13.33%). Results: The patients temperature was restored to normal and symptoms were disappeared after placed tube average 3 days. The drainage volume was reduced gradually or disappeared. Collapse of vomica and no pus were confirmed by ultrasonography. Conclusion: Placed tube drainage under ultrasound guided transpercutaneous hepatic puncture is a kind of safe, cheap and simplified manipulated method for the treatment of liver abscess. So it has become a kind of therapeutic method of first choice for liver abscess.更多还原
