【摘要】 目的:建立柏枝前列通颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Nova-PakC18柱(3.9mm×150mm,4μm);乙腈-0.025mol/LNaH2PO4(32.8∶67.2)为流动相;检测波长为345nm;流速为1ml/min;柱温30℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱在12.0～72.0μg/ml的范围,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.87%。结论:该方法准确、重现性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Bozhiqianlietong Granules by HPLC. Methods:The analytical column was Nova-Pak C18 (3.9 mm×150 mm, 4 μm)with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L NaH2PO4(32.8∶67.2) , the detective wavelength was 345 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was 30℃. Results: The calibration curve of berberine hydrochlorie was linear at the range of 12.0-72.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 4), the average recovery was 97.88%, RSD=0.87%. Conclusion: The method is accurate with good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of Bozhiqianlietong Granules.更多还原
