【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定消炎丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,乙腈(0.033mol/L)-磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长为345nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:此法线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=0.94%。结论:本法简便、灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于消炎丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine of the Berberine Hydrochloride in Xiaoyan Pills by HPLC method.Metheds:The C18 column was used,and the mobile phase was a combination of acetonitrile(0.033 mol/L)-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(40:60),the detective wavelength was set at 345 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity.The average recovery was 98.83%,RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It could be used to determine the Berberine Hydrochloride in Xiaoyan Pills.更多还原
