【摘要】 目的:观察射频自凝刀治疗宫颈良性病变近、远期疗效。方法:直视或B超监视下,将自凝刀置于宫颈病变处进行射频治疗。结果:治疗病例随访3个月～3年,总有效率100%,其中宫颈管黏膜炎性增生、宫颈息肉、宫颈肌瘤、宫颈尖锐湿疣治愈率100%,宫颈深部囊肿治愈率96%,宫颈肥大治愈率89.36%;所有病例治疗后无复发。结论:射频自凝刀治疗宫颈良性病变疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To obverse recent and long-term clinical efficacy of radiofrequency self-clotting cutter in treatment of Cervical benign lesions. Methods: Put self-clotting cutter at diseases department and treat, under the observation of eyes or B-surveillance. Results: Pick the treated cases from 3 months to 3 years randomly, the total effective rate was 100%, the rate of Cervical inflammatory mucosal hyperplasia, Cervical erosion, Cervical leiomyoma, Cervical CA was 100%; the rate of deep Cervical cyst was 96%, the rate of Cervical mast was 89.36%. No recurrence in all the patients. Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of radiofrequency self-clotting cutter in treatment of Cervical benign lesions is obvious.更多还原
