【Abstract】 The concentrated procurement of high-value medical appliances embodies the principle of just, fair and transparent. The administrative department’s fundamental purpose lies in reducing the procurement price through central-ized procurement. But practice proves that the quality, esp. the recessive quality of products also reduced with the price. Lots of top-quality products were refused permission to enter the procurement.
