【摘要】 目的:探讨交通伤致肾损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:对92例交通伤致肾损伤的临床资料进行总结和分析。结果:本组73例(A组)患者行保守治疗,2例死于并发症(颅脑损伤、多发性损伤)余痊愈;手术组19例(B组)中,有10例先经保守治疗后中转开放手术,9例急诊手术,1例死于并发症(肝破裂),其余治愈。结论:交通致肾损伤患者除严重并发症而需手术治疗外,只要在严密监护病情的情况下,不出现难治性出血及合并其他脏器损伤,无严重并发症发生,亦可行保守治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal injuries by traffic trauma.Methods:To analyze and sum up the clinical 92 cases of patients with renal injuries by traffic trauma.Results:73 patients(group A)received conservative therapy,2 cases died of complications(brain injury,multiple injuries);in 19 cases(group B),10 cases were all cured after inverted to open surgery;9 cases emergency operation,except for 1 case died of complications(hepatorrhexis),all the others were cured.Conclusion:The patients of renal injury by traffic trauma can receive conservative therapy,under the condition of careful monitoring,no intractable hemorrhage combined with other organs injuries,and no severe complication was found,except that the severe complications needs surgical treatment.更多还原
